Everyone needs identifier token - we like to use something personal like a lighter, rings, bracelet or whatever you have handy! Follow general premise of snakes and ladder - each person will roll 2 dice and move that number of squares. Do the action on the square you land on. If there is a ladder do the action and continue up the ladder if there is a snake do the action and head down to the next square.
