Easy steps to rent and return Steve was very helpful. Only downside is you need to know how to operate the tool you're renting and for my experience the picture on the app is differentfrom the actual one. But other than that I will definitely rent again.

Product was available at the east end Ottawa but a day later it was available at west end to pick up and drop off. It was in good condition and served the purpose.
