The tool (a pole hedge trimmer) was ready for pick-up at the time I requested; it was in perfect working order, with two fully charged batteries and printed instructions for use. The owner was easily reached by phone when I had a question, and he kindly extended the rental by an extra day at no additional fee. Easy steps to rent and return Steve was very helpful. Only downside is you need to know how to operate the tool you're renting and for my experience the picture on the app is differentfrom the actual one. But other than that I will definitely rent again.
