Important Notes:
- Please allow 3'-5' all around the exterior of tent to allow room for staking to the ground
- eg. a 10' x 10' tent ideally require a minimum of 16' x 16' of flat unobstructed space above and below the ground
- Staking up to 3' deep to properly ballast the tent, it is the customer (property owners) responsibility to share what is below the ground to ensure that there are no obstructions below the ground that may be damaged by staking. Eg. obstructions below the ground: septic bed, weeping tile, pipes, lines etc. Eg. of obstructions above the ground are trees, branches, stumps, power lines, structures etc.

- Ensuring the tent is securely anchored to the ground is not an option due to obstructions or installing on asphalt, an alternate way to safely ballast off the tent is to use water barrels.
- If setup is on asphalt or staking is NOT an option, the use of water barrels is required at a charge $30 per water barrel. Water supplied by the customer on site or a water truck needs to be arranged by customer to have them filled.
- Water barrels ONLY an option on frames, NOT for pole tents
- Optional sidewalls are available for additional protection and privacy.
