Easy steps to rent and return Steve was very helpful. Only downside is you need to know how to operate the tool you're renting and for my experience the picture on the app is differentfrom the actual one. But other than that I will definitely rent again.

This is first time I am using this service. I was able to book after having a chat with customer service. There are no hidden charges. Product was available at the east end Ottawa but a day later it was available at west end to pick up and drop off. It was in good condition and served the purpose. Saved few $$$ when compared to other rentals.

Tim and his pressure washer were great. Communication and follow though were flawless. Powerful machine but light enough to easily lift into an SUV for an old guy like me.
