Important Notes:


  • Please allow 3'-5' all around the exterior of tent to allow room for staking to the ground
  • eg. a 10' x 10' tent ideally require a minimum of 16' x 16' of flat unobstructed space above and below the ground
  • Staking up to 3' deep to properly ballast the tent, it is the customer (property owners) responsibility to share what is below the ground to ensure that there are no obstructions below the ground that may be damaged by staking. Eg. obstructions below the ground: septic bed, weeping tile, pipes, lines etc. Eg. of obstructions above the ground are trees, branches, stumps, power lines, structures etc.
  • Calling or booking online ground scoping inspection prior is FREE with Ontario One Call - 1-800-400-2255
  • Ensuring the tent is securely anchored to the ground is not an option due to obstructions or installing on asphalt, an alternate way to safely ballast off the tent is to use water barrels.
  • If setup is on asphalt or staking is NOT an option, the use of water barrels is required at a charge $30 per water barrel. Water supplied by the customer on site or a water truck needs to be arranged by customer to have them filled.
  • Water barrels ONLY an option on frames, NOT for pole tents
  • Optional sidewalls are available for additional protection and privacy.

Pro Tips from the Owner


  • Please allow 3 -5 feet all around the exterior dimensions of your tent to allow room for staking to secure the tent to the ground.

 eg. a 10' x 10' tent would ideally require a minimum of 16' x 16' of flat unobstructed space above and below the ground




  • Staking into the ground can go up to 3 feet deep to properly ballast off the tent, it is the customer (property owners) responsibility ot be familiar with what is below the ground to ensure that there are no obstructions below the ground that may be damaged by securing the tent via staking. Examples of obstructions below the ground: septic bed, weeping tile, pipes, lines etc. Examples of obstructions above the ground are trees, branches, stumps, power lines, structures etc.

After Use

  • Empty all personal articles from under the tent.
  • leave any rentals underneath that are due to be picked up prior to the tent uninstall.
  • leave all walls open
  • ensure there is a contact available to provide premium access to remove the rental items if any and the tent uninstall.
