Important Notes:
- Please allow 3'-5' all around the exterior of tent to allow room for staking to the ground
- eg. a 10' x 10' tent ideally require a minimum of 16' x 16' of flat unobstructed space above and below the ground
- Staking up to 3' deep to properly ballast the tent, it is the customer (property owners) responsibility to share what is below the ground to ensure that there are no obstructions below the ground that may be damaged by staking. Eg. obstructions below the ground: septic bed, weeping tile, pipes, lines etc. Eg. of obstructions above the ground are trees, branches, stumps, power lines, structures etc.

- Pole tents can only be securely anchored to the ground. If this is not an option due to obstructions or installing on asphalt, an alternate style of tent my be needed for the event.
- Water barrels are NOT an option for pole tents
