The machine itself worked great and made tackling my carpets a breeze. My only minor note is that the rental storage facility's hours are 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM rather than 24/7, so just make sure to plan your pickup and drop-off times accordingly. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. I would gladly rent from them again!
