It was a wonderful experience. I was supposed to bring this back on Sunday but the owner said it was OK for me to bring it back on Monday. Steve is very kind.

Perfect in the most unremarkable way. I rented a carpet cleaner. I got it, i used it, I dropped it off. I had to look up instructions how to use the cleaner, but if you aren't paying someone else to clean for you, that's just normal.

Upholstery cleaner worked well. Pick up and drop off was easy and according to schedule.
