Process worked great. The timer didn't work on the machine but otherwise the machine had no issues.

I picked up the wrong item. They did offer to let me try the actual item but I could not make it back to pick it up. They have a great response, but there could be some improvements to the placement of items in the trading post. At the EOD, they did respond quickly and professionally.
