I had a wonderful experience renting this upright carpet cleaner. The owner was extremely helpful, communicative, and made the entire process completely seamless from start to finish. The machine itself worked great and made tackling my carpets a breeze. My only minor note is that the rental storage facility's hours are 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM rather than 24/7, so just make sure to plan your pickup and drop-off times accordingly. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. I would gladly rent from them again!

Firstly, renter was super nice by saving me the stress of going to pickup the cleaner and offered to come pick it up again when I had issues dropping off the rug cleaner at the storage facility. Renter is definitely client service oriented. Secondly, I was amazed about how clean the equipment was, it was clean, free of dirt or odors and very efficient. Good work!
