The folks at Ottawa Medical Equipment Rental have been absolutely wonderful to work with, following a bad ankle fracture in December. I rented a knee scooter to allow me added mobility in the house during my lengthy rehab. The scooter was a life saver. Allowed me to move around the house freely and do certain tasks that crutches just wouldn’t allow. What set them apart from their competition though, was their impressive customer service! They have been way above and beyond what we think of as great customer service! Highly recommend them for any medical equipment rentals!! Rob
