How to Use Your Black Lights

1. Position the lights. Place each light on a stable surface using its support bracket. Keep cords away from walkways and aim the lights toward your decorations or party area.
2. Adjust the angle. Loosen the side knobs, tilt the light into position, then tighten the knobs to hold it securely.
3. Plug them in. Connect the lights to a suitable electrical outlet. If the units have power switches, turn them on.
4. Darken the room. Turn off or dim other lighting for the strongest glow effect.
5. Arrange your decorations. Use fluorescent or UV-reactive decorations, clothing, paints and accessories. Not all coloured materials will glow. Move the lights closer or adjust their angle as needed.

Safe Use

• Avoid looking directly into the lights or aiming them at people’s eyes.
• Keep the lights uncovered and away from flammable materials.
• Keep them dry and use indoors unless the equipment label confirms outdoor use.
• Keep fixtures and cords out of children’s reach.
• These are party lights, not tanning or disinfecting lights.

After Use

Switch off and unplug by holding the plug, not pulling the cord. Allow the fixtures to cool before packing. Return both lights with their brackets and cords neatly gathered.
