Cody Party is Ottawa’s largest locally owned, full-service party centre, serving the Ottawa Valley for over 25 years. We offer event and party rentals (tents, tables, chairs, linens, dishware, stemware, chair covers), custom balloon décor, and a full line of party supplies — all available online 24/7 or in-store.

What types of events do you serve?

We serve a wide range of events including weddings, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, dinner parties, themed parties, and community celebrations of all sizes.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

We are located at 101 Schneider Road, Unit 1, Kanata (Ottawa), Ontario. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, and Saturday, 9 am–2 pm. We are closed on Sundays during our winter hours. You can also book rentals online at codyparty.com any time, 24/7.

Can I book rentals online?

Yes! You can browse our full inventory and book your rentals online 24/7 at codyparty.com. This makes it easy to plan and reserve items for your event at any time, even outside of store hours.

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services. Just let us know your event details, and our team will arrange logistics to make sure everything arrives on time.

What rental items are available?

Our rental inventory includes tents, tables, chairs, standard and fancy linens, chair covers, dishware, stemware, centerpieces, and more. We also offer balloon décor and custom balloon installations.

Do I have to clean the dishes before returning them?

No — just scrape the food off the dishes, return them to the shipping crates, and send them back. We take care of all the washing. It’s one less thing to worry about after your event!

Can I visit a showroom to see rental items before booking?

Absolutely. Our customer-friendly showroom lets you browse ideas, and you can even build and customize your own demo table using our various linens, dishware, stemware, and centerpieces. We also have a tent layout program to help you visualize the best setup for your event space.

Will you match a competitor’s price?

Yes, we offer price matching. If you find a lower price on a comparable item, let us know, and we’ll do our best to match it.

How do I get started or request a quote?

You can reach us by phone at 613-226-4780, visit us in store, or browse and book directly on our website at codyparty.com. Our team is happy to help with event consultation to make sure you have everything you need for a great event.

How far in advance should reservations be made?

Reservations should be made as soon as you determine the items and quantities you will require.

What is required to make a reservation?

We require a 50% deposit to secure a reservation. This may be done over the phone or in our store.

Can I make changes to my reservation at any time?

Yes. To add extra items to your rental order, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the rental start date. If you'd like to reduce any quantities for your rental, you must do so 72 hours prior to the rental start date. Any changes before this time are limited to 25% of each item's total quantity. Please note that rental deposits are non-refundable

How do I know how much tent space I need for my event?

Our team can help you calculate the right tent size based on your guest count, layout, and whether you need space for a dance floor, bar, or catering setup.

What areas do you serve outside of Ottawa?

We serve Ottawa and the surrounding areas throughout the Ottawa Valley. Typically, within 100 km of our location, but that is based on the time of year. Contact us directly to confirm whether we can deliver to your specific location and to get a delivery quote.

Do you sell custom balloons for corporate events and large gatherings?

Yes, we offer custom balloon décor for events of all sizes, including corporate functions, grand openings, trade shows, and large celebrations. Our balloon line is world-class and fully customizable to match your theme or brand colours.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of having them delivered?

Yes, customer pickup is available from our Kanata location at 101 Schneider Road. This can be a cost-effective option for smaller orders. Our team will help load everything safely for transport.
