Excellent service, excellent equipment! Steve checked in with me about delivery times, brought the equipment right to my door, and generally made the whole rental experience a real joy. I'm incredibly glad I found this place.

The machine was easy to use on the area rug and couch. I don’t have storage space and am grateful I can rent this machine at a reasonable rate. Once in a while I need to wash - not just vacuum- my carpet and furniture.

I had a great experience with Steve! Well communication and punctuality! He offered me to take even a better and more advances machine with the same price when he noticed that the machine I asked for is not available at the time I beed it! I fully recommend it!

It was a wonderful experience. I was supposed to bring this back on Sunday but the owner said it was OK for me to bring it back on Monday. Steve is very kind.

Perfect in the most unremarkable way. I rented a carpet cleaner. I got it, i used it, I dropped it off. I had to look up instructions how to use the cleaner, but if you aren't paying someone else to clean for you, that's just normal.

Upholstery cleaner worked well. Pick up and drop off was easy and according to schedule.
