The experience was great

The three fold-away beds were sturdy and comfortable, and in good condition and clean. Delivery and pick-up of the beds was well coordinated and easy. Truck drivers were courteous (and looked professional in their uniforms). I have no suggestions for improvement.

The equipment I rented and the delivery were top notch and I was very happy. Cody Party wasn't able to pickup at the agreed time which was a bit of an inconvenience. I was leaving town and had not rented the venue for 3 extra days, but thankfully the venue was able to hold on to it. But I hate having to ask a venue to let me keep something on site when I'm not paying them any more.

We needed a wheelchair in a pinch and Cody Party Rentals was able to promptly accommodate me. There was an issue with the first chair and they personally drove to my house to exchange it with another one and offered to let us keep it a couple extra days at no charge for the "troubles". Great service!

Love this service! Easy to book. Quick response when there was an issue, which was, in turn, quickly resolved. Reasonable price. The cleaner was in good working condition. I've already recommended this service to my friends.
